- Cerebral Palsy: Neuromuscular disorders include many different types of muscular dystrophies. The experts at Ankura consist of orthopedic surgeons, pediatricians, physiotherapists, and orthotists who very carefully assess these disorders and treat them with a combination of braces and surgery.

With early diagnosis and treatment, hand function can be restored and improve the hand’s overall appearance.
- Foot & Ankle: Pediatric orthopedics in our hospital treat all foot disorders very diligently, including Clubfoot (where the hindfoot and forefoot are turned in), Flatfoot, and Neurological foot conditions. Many patients with Clubfoot can be treated non-operatively, mainly if the child is presented early.
- Hip Development Disorders: Conditions in this category consist of congenital hip dislocation, congenital coxa vara, leg-calve-perthes disease, slipped capital femoral epiphysis, developmental hip abnormalities, fractures and post-traumatic hip abnormalities, adolescent hip pain, and children’s soft tissue tumors.
- Spine Deformation: The first deformation that we treat is scoliosis. A curvature of the spine can occur in young children and adolescents. The surgeons at Ankura can correct even the severity of deformities. The second deformation is Spina Bafidi, which is caused when the vertebrae (backbone) or the fetus’s spinal cord does not develop properly. It is a widespread defect occurring in every 2nd baby out of a 100th.
- Fractures: Treatment for a small kid having a fracture is different from that of an adult. Special expertise and experience are required for treating such fractures, which the doctors at Ankura undoubtedly have.
- Poliomyelitis: It is an acute viral infectious disease spread from person to person, primarily via the fecal-oral route. Spinal polio is the most common form, characterized by asymmetric paralysis that often involves the legs. Our pediatric orthopedic specialists are highly experienced in treating those affected by polio.
