About Dr Lakshmi Sujani Chigurupati

Dr. Lakshmi Sujani Chigurupati is as an Obstetrician, Gynecologist, and Fertility Specialist, and serves as the Centre Head at 9M Fertility, Vijayawada She is among the first fertility specialists in India to be awarded an M.Ch in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery from Kerala University of Health Sciences, reflecting her advanced training and academic excellence in the field of infertility care.

She has trained and worked at tertiary-level government fertility centres, including Government Medical College and SAT Hospital, Trivandrum—both renowned referral centres for complex infertility cases. This exposure has enabled her to manage challenging scenarios such as IVF repeat failures, poor ovarian response, severe male factor infertility, and azoospermia with confidence and precision.

Dr. Sujani is an expert in IVF, IUI, ovulation induction, fertility preservation, and individualized ovarian stimulation protocols. A strong advocate of evidence-based and personalized medicine, she also focuses on achieving pregnancy without IVF whenever possible, helping couples reduce treatment burden, cost, and emotional stress.
