About Dr Garlapati Swetha

Dr. Garlapati Swetha is a highly experienced Developmental Pediatrician with specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental and behavioral pediatrics. She holds a Fellowship in Neurodevelopment and Behavioral Pediatrics (FDBP) from the Child Development Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, along with DNB Pediatrics and Diploma in Child Health.

Her clinical interests include early identification and management of developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disorders, cerebral palsy, and childhood behavioral disorders. She is trained in the use of standardized developmental assessment tools such as the Bayley Scale of Infant Development-IV and DASII, and actively participates in early intervention programs. Dr. Swetha also has experience in high-risk newborn follow-up and parent-guided developmental care.

An active academic contributor, Dr. Swetha has published research in peer-reviewed journals and has undertaken ICMR-funded research. She is fluent in Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, enabling effective communication with families from diverse backgrounds.
